Hotel E-Bike Rental is an on-property e-bike rental amenity for hotel guests ONLY. You can book on your phone, sign the waiver digitally, and pick up/return the bike at your hotel—no off-site shop required.

$99.95 per day for a full-day rental single ebike and $149.95 for a double.

Full-day rentals keep it simple and stress-free. You don’t have to watch the clock, rush back for hourly cutoffs, or worry about extending time. You get the bike for the day, explore at your pace, and return by 7:00 PM.

Pick-up and return are at the Hotel E-Bike Rental rack located on your hotel property.

No. Our bikes are designed to be easy for first-time riders. If you can ride a regular bike, you can ride our e-bikes.

 We use Class 1 e-bikes (pedal-assist only, up to 20 mph). Class 1 bikes are widely allowed on paved paths and many multi-use trails.

Riders must be 16 years or older to operate an E-bike. A Person 21 years or older must accompany the minor at all times and you must be 21 years or older to rent.

Yes. All riders must complete a digital liability waiver before riding.

Yes—subject to availability. Each property has limited daily inventory.

Can I reserve in advance?.

Yes, Hotel Ebike offers free self-parking for guests.

If conditions are unsafe, rentals may be paused for safety BEFORE YOUR RIDE. If we cancel due to unsafe weather, you’ll receive a reschedule option or refund per policy. If bad weather occurs during your ride no refunds.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.

Bikes are GPS-equipped. If the bike is stolen while in your care, you may be responsible for replacement costs, especially if it was left unsecured. NO PADLOCK WAS USED (Damage Protection terms apply where eligible.)

Damage Protection helps protect you from unexpected repair charges if something happens during your rental—like a tip-over, scraped components, or damage from a fall. We offer Standard and Premium options at checkout. (THIS IS NOT INSURANCE IT DAMAGE PROTECTION)

What’s the difference between Standard and Premium Damage Protection?

Standard reduces your responsibility for damage TO $50.00

Premium provides the most protection and NO out-of-pocket cost if anything happens. Premium is recommended for first-time riders, families, or anyone who wants maximum peace of mind.

Please report any issues as soon as possible. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs depending on what happened and whether Damage Protection was selected.

Follow all local traffic laws, trail rules, and posted signage. Class 1 bikes are generally allowed on many paved paths and multi-use routes, but restrictions can vary by area.
