These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all e-bike rental bookings made through the Hotel E-Bike Rental website and booking system (“Service”). By booking, paying for, unlocking, or using any e-bike, you (“Rider,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

• Riders must be 16 years or older to operate an e-bike with an adult. 21 years or older to rent.
   
• A valid hotel room number is required to book.
   
• A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve.
   
• Each Rider must sign the digital liability waiver before riding.
   
• Rider must be physically capable of safely operating a bicycle.
   

• We provide Class 1 e-bikes (pedal-assist only, up to 20 mph; no throttle).
   
• You agree to follow all local traffic laws, trail rules, posted signs, and hotel property rules.
   
• Prohibited use includes (but is not limited to):
   
  • Riding under the influence of alcohol/drugs
     
  • Reckless riding, racing, stunts, jumps, or off-trail riding
     
  • Carrying passengers (unless an approved child seat is rented and permitted)
     
  • Tampering with electronics, motor, GPS, locks, or battery system
     

• Rentals are full-day only.
   
• Pick-up begins at 8:00 AM (or as posted for your hotel location).
   
• Bikes must be returned by 7:00 PM the same day to the designated hotel rack/dock.
   
• Late returns may result in additional fees and/or loss of booking privileges.
   

• Rental price is $99.95 or $149.00 per full day (plus applicable taxes/fees where required).
   
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
   
• Add-ons (e.g., Standard or Premium protection, child seat) may be offered at checkout and billed accordingly.
   

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the rental start time receive a full refund.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
   
• No-shows are charged in full.
   

(Provider cancellations due to safety/operations are addressed in Section 10.)

• Helmets are strongly recommended and are  included must be worn all times when operating the bike.
   
• Rider assumes all risk associated with bicycle use and agrees to ride responsibly.
   

You are responsible for the e-bike and any rented equipment during your rental period.

• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
   
• Missing parts/accessories
   
• Theft or loss of the e-bike or equipment
   
• Damage caused by prohibited or reckless use
   

Bikes are GPS-monitored. You must report any accident, damage, malfunction, or theft immediately.

If Damage Protection is offered at checkout, coverage and limits will be displayed at purchase. Damage Protection generally:

• Reduces out-of-pocket costs for eligible accidental damage
   
• Does not cover theft, gross negligence, or prohibited use
   
• May be void if the bike is left unsecured or used improperly
   

Exact coverage terms are provided at checkout and become part of these Terms when selected.

• All Riders must complete a digital liability waiver prior to riding.
   
• The hotel is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from Rider use.
   
• Rider assumes all risks inherent to bicycle operation.
   

We may pause or cancel rentals due to unsafe conditions (storms, trail closures, mechanical issues, safety alerts, etc.). If we cancel a rental before the ride begins, you will receive a refund or reschedule option based on availability. if bad weather happens during your ride no refunds.

We may refuse service or cancel a booking if we believe a Rider is unsafe, ineligible, violating rules, or attempting fraud. Refund eligibility will depend on circumstances.

By booking, you consent to receive communications related to your rental (confirmation, waiver link, reminders, and support messages). We do not sell personal information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [WY. State]. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in [WY./State], unless required otherwise by law.
