How Hotel E-Bike Works.

1. Scan the QR Code at the front desk 

Guests walk up to your e- bike rack at your location and scan the QR code on the sign .  

2. Quick Guest Verification 

To keep rides secure and compliant, guests complete a very short sign-in process to confirm they are hotel guest.

3.Review & Sign the Digital Waiver

Before renting, guest will pick a 1 or 2 person unit. Then the guests review and agree to a simple, mobile friendly waiver.

4. Choose a Bike 

The System shows available bikes at your hotel. We have 1 and 2 person E-Bikes 

5.Coverage Protection

Guests can then select an optional coverage plan. 

STANDARD/ PREMIUM OR NONE

6. Confirm & Pay

The site displays a clean cost summary:

Payment is processed securely, and a digital receipt is created automatically.

7. Unlock & Ride 

Once payment is confirmed, the guest will receive a code to unlock the bike & then they go ride.

8. Return & Check -In

Guests return the bike to the same hotel rack where they started. Then lock the bike and hit end ride on their phone.

THE E-BIKES ARE RIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

No need  to walk or get a cab to your local E-bike rental company. We are the only E-Bike Rental Company you can rent right from the hotel.
